Vendor Application Form
Local food producers and vendors are a pivotal part of the vibrant Downtown Chilliwack Community Market that works to meaningfully nourish people, relationships, lives and livelihoods. The vendors that participate at the Downtown Chilliwack Community Market value local food security, education, accessibility, environmental stewardship, inclusion, and community. With the help of vendors like you, we’re connecting the food we eat with the people who make, bake, wild harvest or grow it.
If you feel you and your products are a good fit for the DCCM, please apply below.

We acknowledge that this market takes place on S’olh Temexw – the traditional and unceded territory of the Stó:lo Peoples and Skwah First Nation.
We also acknowledge that many forms of agriculture as we know it is a food system that was not traditionally adopted by the First Peoples here. It’s important that while we support local farming and farmers, we also promote the protection of these traditional food systems.
We will be waiving all fees for any participating Indigenous vendors and producers.
The DCCM uses Farmers Market Nutrition Coupon Program by BCAFM:
The Farmers’ Market Nutrition Coupon Program (FMNCP) is a healthy eating initiative that supports farmers’ markets and strengthens food security across British Columbia. Community partner organizations provide coupons to lower-income families, pregnant people, and seniors participating in their food literacy programs.
Vendors in the designated categories of food (vegetables, fruits, nuts, eggs, dairy, cut herbs, meat and fish) are considered “Farmer Vendors”.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:
